• Direct replacement to OEM parts number J-48630 or J48630 and J-47487 or J47487.
• Applications include Detroit Diesel DD13 and DD15 engine commonly found in Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
• Our J-48630 tool is used when installing the crank gear on the crankshaft. Simply rotate the crankshaft to Top Dead Center (TDC) on cylinder number one and lock Crankshaft TDC Locating Tool into place with bolt.
• Use J-47487 with Crankshaft TDC Locating Tool J-48630 following the DDC procedure to set the gear timing for cam installation.
• Heavy duty steel structure machined, welded and finished with powder coating to resist corrosion and ensure a long-term and reliable performance.
